Baseplate and Mounting Features
The system includes a 15mm LWS channel baseplate with a 501 slide plate that attaches securely underneath the Blackmagic PYXIS 6K camera body, and a slim ARRI compatible dovetail bottom plate designed for tripod head mounting with multiple threaded holes.
Rod System and Clamps
It comes with a pair of 18-inch 15mm rods, two front clamps to secure the rods, and two silver latches on each side that secure the 501 sliding plate and the ARRI dovetail plate, allowing stable and flexible accessory attachment.
Compatibility and Construction
The baseplate design allows clamping on ARRI standard dovetail plates, and the entire system is made of durable CNC machined aluminum offering lightweight and long-lasting performance.
Additional Components Included
The kit features SHAPE Quick Handle Rod blocs with push-button technology, a lightweight single tray matte box, a follow focus kit with single 15mm rod clamp, a mini composite shoulder pad with back pad, and comes with a lifetime warranty on CNC machined parts.
